MEKWUYE, MARGARET OLABISI (PhD) – LEAD
Dr. Mekwuye is a Social Worker and a Consultant.
She was an Adjunct Lecturer with Yaba College of Technology School of Management Studies for several years. She is presently an Adjunct Lecturer of the College of Social Work at the Chartered lnstitute of Social Work Practitioners of Nigeria where she is also a Fellow.
She is the Founder and Executive Director of Greenspring Development Initiative, an NGO whose thematic areas are education and health. They work on other cross cutting issues such as mainstreaming disability and gender matters.
Her areas of specialisation is not restricted to gender advocacy, project management as well as women and girls mentoring and empowerment.
She is a substance use demand reduction professional, a child protection advocate passionate about the safety and well being of children.
She promotes global sustainable development and engages towards the implementation of Agendas 2030 and 2063 by participating in Regional and international fora such as the United Nations High Level Political Forum (HLPF).
With the invitation from the United Nations ECOSOC President, on behalf CSCSD with support from TAP Network, under the auspices of Together2030, she participated at a Firechat at the UN HQ in New York High Level Political Forum in July 2022. She contributes to Position Papers for UN Working Groups and other Stakeholder Groups. She has also honoured the invitation of the ECOSOC President to attend and make input into the implementation of SDG16+ in Rome, ltaly in 2022 and 2023.
She served as a Steering Committee member for Transparency Accountability And Participation (TAP) USA, from 1st January 2022 to 31st December 2023. TAP Network is a broad international coalition of CSOs working to advance SDG16+.
Her organization belongs to several networks and coalitions.

As a visionary humanitarian and ardent advocate for women’s and children’s rights, she has devoted over two decades to catalyzing transformative change in marginalized communities having spearheaded initiatives that foster economic resilience, promote social justice and amplify voices.
For over 30 years she has been instrumental in designing and implementing programs to uplift women bridging socio-economic gaps of women and girls in Abuja FCT, Kwara, and Lagos. She passionate about dedication non-formal earning titles such as Ambassador of Islam (2022), Humanitarian Ambassador for Peace and Equity (2022), and Global Awardee (Nigeria).
She remains steadfast in pursuit of a more just and equitable society.
BUSARI ABBAS AKANBI – Social Impact Technologist & Web Developer
Busari Abbas Akanbi is the Founder of Abbasoft Technology, a purpose-driven digital solutions agency focused on bridging the tech divide and empowering underserved communities through technology. He is a Web Developer and Tech Educator with over five years of experience delivering impactful digital platforms for nonprofits, social ventures, and youth empowerment programs.
A social impact technologist at heart, Abbas has led several rural tech bootcamps across Southwest Nigeria under his signature initiative, Unlock Your Tech Future. These programs have trained over 30 young people in web design, graphics design, UI/UX, and data analysis. His commitment to digital inclusion and grassroots empowerment, He work work with CAPRIGHTS-VP as IT consultant on Protect Child Domestic Workers program funded by Freedom Fund from 2024 till date plus also work with Nigeria Network of NGO as IT Lead & Website designer from 2020 till date.
He remains deeply passionate about using technology to drive education, opportunity, and change—earning recognition for his dedication to community development, inclusive innovation, and social entrepreneurship
Olajumoke Matilda Otitoloju is a Nigerian social service professional and community advocate in Lagos.
As the Project Coordinator at ICCF, she champions children’s welfare, inclusive education, and disability rights. Educated at Obafemi Awolowo University, she’s also appeared on national TV and in media coverage severally, highlighting her commitment to social impact and sustainable development.
Listed as a member of the Federation of Sustainable Development Organizations, working under several UN Sustainable Development Goals like quality education, reduced inequality, and gender equality.
She is the welfare officer for children protection, Lagos state Chapter.

He researches on social justice and human rights advocacy.
He is a Child Development advocate, promoting children rights, protection, and well-being.
He supports women economic empowerment, youths, and the less privileged through entrepreneurship skills.
He is experiences are on election Monitoring working with groups to ensure free, fair, and peaceful elections.
He is an Advocate who promotes human dignity, respect for life, and social justice.
He consults for non governmental organisations and other groups on child development, human rights, youth, women, empowerment and development activities
He coordinates Sitlap Catholic Social Teaching Forum, Friends of Herbert Macaulay Libraries Initiative, Trust Business Forum. He was the former initial promoter of Catholic Mental Health Association of Nigeria, Entrepreneurship Club On WhatsApp and Former Coordinator of Child Protection Network (CPN) Lagos Mainland LGA.

Mrs. Iquo Dawodu has BA (Ed) as a first degree and Masters degree in Public Administration(MPA) all from the University of Calabar, with Professional postgraduate diploma in Social Work.
She is a licensed and senior member of the Chartered lnstitute of Social Work Practitioners of Nigeria. She has a professional certification from the International Society of Substance Use Prevention Professionals.
She is a certified Marriage and pre-marital Counsellor, who is building families and homes, as well as transforming lives through counselling. She transitioned into a Direct Educational Consultancy with D-Ruby Consult, a Subsidiary of D-Ruby Nigeria Limited.
